Meal Planning: Dinner

Do you have a picky eater?  None of my boys are & I credit that to their early eating habits.  We've always provided a wide variety of foods and I'm not a short order cook by any means!  However, this week my nephew will be eating with us a lot.  He is almost 3 and eats a very narrow list of foods.  Needless to say, it took some creative planning to come up with a meal plan that I think will fulfill our nutritional requirements and I might have some luck getting him to eat!

Dinner Recipes:

Roasted Chicken

American Goulash with homemade bread & a salad

Steaks, baked potatoes, and steamed veggies

Homemade pizzas

Cashew-Crusted Salmon with steamed veggies

Pork Chops with Apple Chutney, stuffing, and sauteed green beans

Italian Pot Roast

Dessert Menu Plan

Dessert Recipes:

Cherry & Pineapple Dump Cake – cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple (drained), cake mix, butter

Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bakes

Pumpkin Better than … cake – pin this right now!

Peach Cobbler

Want to see our breakfast, lunch, and snack plan for the week?  I've posted them over on Savvy Shopper Central!
