For all you moms out there – here's a quick and easy snack or dessert – no stove or oven required!
1/2 cup rolls oats
1/4 cup flour (white or whole wheat)
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
In a food processor or blender, grind the oats until they have a flour-like texture. Then add the flour, the peanut butter and the syrups. Blend until a big ball forms. Stick the ball in the fridge for 10 minutes, then make smaller balls – I got 8 balls. You can also roll them in powdered sugar to look a little fancier.

These have some sugar, of course, but they taste amazing and they have protein and healthy fats from the peanut butter and gobs of fiber from the oats.
