This week's Meal Plan Monday is all about quick & easy. I'm pulling a few things from the freezer (recipes linked in case you missed it last week) and everything else is really fast to throw together.

Fish & Chips with homemade fish sticks and fries
Snack Ideas:
Veggie sticks with hummus
Tomato slices with cottage cheese, salt, & pepper
Hard-boiled eggs
Fruit & yogurt parfaits
Frozen grapes
