Have you ever done a pantry challenge before?  If not, basically you challenge yourself to live off what you have in your house for a week or even a month.  We try to do a pantry challenge at least once every couple of months.  Its a great motivation to inventory my pantry & deep freezer and gives me the opportunity to come up with new frugal meals.

For this week's challenge, I have 3 lbs of ground beef, some chicken breasts, and shredded cheese in the freezer.  I also have a bag of potatoes, some rice, and some linguine.

All I need to grab is some fresh veggies: carrots, onion, peppers, zucchini, and broccoli, eggs, and hamburger buns (plus goat's milk, almond milk, and bananas).

Recipes for this week:

Honey Garlic Meatballs Easy Calzones Recipe Cottage Pie Recipe Mustard Citrus Chiken Recipe The Duke Casserole Recipe Garlic Lemon Chicken and Taters Recipe Royal Red Robin Burger recipe Image Map
