Meal Planning: Dinner

I'll be reaping the rewards from some freezer cooking I've already done, items in my pantry that I need to get use up, and some fresh produce from the farmer's market.  This week's meal plan will allow me to focus on other things, like finalizing our homeschool schedule.

Dinner Recipes:

BBQ Pork chops with baked beans, grilled veggies, and fruit salad

Lemon & Garlic roasted chicken with veggies & homemade rolls

Ham & Potatoes, glazed carrots, and wilted spinach salad

Chili with Bacon Cheddar corn bread

Dump chicken with acorn squash, salad, and fresh fruit

Italian pork chops with asparagus,

Taco ring with our favorite toppings – I have a bunch of taco meat already made & frozen, so this will be great!

Dessert Menu Plan

Dessert Recipes:

Peanut Butter Cake – made & frozen last week

Lemon Meringue Pie

Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies – made with buckwheat

Mango Chia Pudding

Apple & Peach Dump Cake – apple pie filling, sliced peaches (drained), cake mix, butter

Want to see our breakfast, lunch, and snack plan for the week?  I've posted them over on Savvy Shopper Central!
