Meat & Potatoes Menu Plan

My husband flies home tomorrow, so I know I'll need more meat & potatoes than normal plus we'll be using the grill a lot.  My husband also has an ice cream obsession, so dessert will include it a few times.  Sundaes are a quick & easy dessert to throw today, plus portion control is easy with them.

Dinner Recipes:

Grilled steak with veggie foils (potatoes & onions, squash & carrots)

Beef stew with pumpkin beer bread (using a Harvest Pumpkin Ale)

Slow Cooker Root Beer Pulled Pork

Lasagna (pulling from the freezer)

Grilled Cherry Cola Ribs with baked beans, coleslaw, and fresh fruit

Burgers & Brats with salad & watermelon

Grilled steak with corn on the cob & veggie kabobs

Berry Cheesecake Trifle

Lemon Blueberry Dump Cake – blueberry pie filling, crushed pineapple (drained), cake mix, butter

Applesauce Sundaes

Smores Blizzard Copycats
