My boys think of this as a fun shake when I use frozen bananas!
You may choose to use a frozen banana for a soft smoothie with a texture similar to soft serve ice cream. Or you may go with a ripe fresh banana for thick, natural flavored, and nutrient packed milk. We added the cup of almond milk to the blender and then broke the banana into thirds. Process on high for a few seconds or up to two minutes. The milk will become thicker and frothy. You’ll want to enjoy right away to fully enjoy the light airy texture.Print
