Paleo Meal Plan Monday

Going Paleo doesn't have to mean eating the same things constantly or missing out on your favorite desserts.  This week's Meal Plan Monday focuses on delicious Paleo recipes that will make your mouth water!

We've made it through our first week back on Paleo & I have to say, it is SO much easier than AutoImmune Paleo when it comes to planning.  I'm still craving some really bad for me things, especially my Salted Caramel Chocolate Bars, but the cravings are already starting to die off. The hardest part is going to be the upcoming holidays, so get ready to start seeing a lot of gluten-free and paleo versions of traditional holiday favorites showing up on my Pinterest feed!

Slow Cooker Parmesan & Honey Pork Roast with mixed green salad & roasted veggies

Greek Lamb Meatloaf with Bacon Sweet Potato Casserole
