We've made it through our first week back on Paleo & I have to say, it is SO much easier than AutoImmune Paleo when it comes to planning. I'm still craving some really bad for me things, especially my Salted Caramel Chocolate Bars, but the cravings are already starting to die off. The hardest part is going to be the upcoming holidays, so get ready to start seeing a lot of gluten-free and paleo versions of traditional holiday favorites showing up on my Pinterest feed!
