Going Paleo doesn’t have to mean eating the same things constantly or missing out on your favorite desserts. This week’s Meal Plan Monday focuses on delicious Paleo recipes that will make your mouth water!
As always, I do a complete meal plan (Breakfast, Lunch, Snack ideas, Dinner, and a few desserts), so feel free to skip to the sections you plan. Paleo Breakfast Recipes:
Breakfast Pizza – Made with a sweet potato crust & topped with ham, eggs, and veggies!
Salmon Eggs Benedict – Not sure what the boys will think of this, but I’m drooling already!
Pumpkin Waffles – These will be great in the fall (pumpkin everything season) too!
Apple, Leek, and Breakfast Sausage – I’ll serve this with some homemade juice.
Breakfast Burritos – I really need a spiralizer like hers!
Sweet Potato Walnut Breakfast Cookies – I’ll probably skip the whole walnut on a few, since I’m weird about nuts.
Paleo Lunch Recipes:
Creamy Avocado Spinach Pasta – Use zucchini noodles to make it Paleo
Crockpot Cilantro & Lime Chicken in baked acorn squash
Pan-Seared Salmon with Garlicky Swiss Chard – My husband isn’t a fan of swiss chard, but hopefully he likes it this way!
Bison Buffalo Sweet Potato Sliders – I’m a huge fan of using sweet potato slices as buns.
Shrimp & Bacon Skillet (use the coconut cream for Paleo)
Paleo Snack Ideas:
Hot Fudge Brownie Larabars (I use Carob instead of cocoa)
Skinny Baked Cauliflower Tots with homemade ketchup
