I absolutely love spa water, because it's so easy to make and there are so many variations. I've tried quite a few but this strawberry, orange, mint water is definitely one of my favorites.
This Summer Citrus Energy Infusion was designed to increase your energy level naturally so you don't have to deal with a crash later or a reaction to any artificial ingredients. The best part – it's so easy!
Just slice an orange & put half in the bottom of a pitcher. Make sure to clean it since you will be putting the whole thing in. Slice or chunk about 2 cups of strawberries and add about 10 mint leaves.
Add a little (or a lot) of ice and then your water. It's best to let it infuse overnight or at least a few hours, but I've gotten impatient a few times.

- 8 cups water & ice
- 2 cups strawberries (cut in half)
- 1/2 orange (sliced)
- 10 mint leaves
- Slice half an orange & place in the bottom of a half gallon pitcher.
- Cut up strawberries and put on top of oranges.
- Add mint leaves, rub gently to help release their flavor.
- Add ice & fill with water.
