Trying to drink more water? Fruit infused water is a great way to increase your water intake without being bored with plain tap water!
I absolutely love spa water, because it's so easy to make and there are so many variations. I've tried quite a few but this strawberry, orange, mint water is definitely one of my favorites.
This Summer Citrus Energy Infusion was designed to increase your energy level naturally so you don't have to deal with a crash later or a reaction to any artificial ingredients. The best part – it's so easy!
Just slice an orange & put half in the bottom of a pitcher. Make sure to clean it since you will be putting the whole thing in. Slice or chunk about 2 cups of strawberries and add about 10 mint leaves.
Add a little (or a lot) of ice and then your water. It's best to let it infuse overnight or at least a few hours, but I've gotten impatient a few times.
Make sure to pin this recipe for later or you can REPIN it!
