Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until it doubles in size.
1 pint Heavy whipping cream
Drizzle in the maple syrup and whip until light and fluffy.
2 Tbsp Real maple syrup
Set the whipped cream aside.
Combine all pumpkin pie spice ingredients in a bowl and stir.
3 Tablespoon Cinnamon, 1 Tbsp Ground ginger, 1 Tbsp Ground nutmeg, 1 tsp Ground allspice, 1 tsp Ground cloves
Set the spice mix aside.
Sprinkle the coffee grounds with pumpkin pie spice before brewing.
1 Tbsp Pumpkin pie spice
Gently shake to mix the grounds.
Brew the coffee as usual.
16 oz Freshly brewed hot coffee
Pour 2 oz Irish cream into each mug.
8 oz Irish cream
Top with 4 oz freshly brewed coffee.
Finish with whipped cream.

Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top.
