- 2 pounds Chicken Breast cubed
- 2 Carrots large
- 2 Celery stalks
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Tomatoes
- 6 Potatoes medium
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 4 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon sage dried
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Place the cubed chicken in the slow cooker.
Dice the carrots, celery, onion, tomatoes, and potatoes.
Add them into the slow cooker.
Mince the garlic cloves and add them in as well.
Pour the chicken stock and water over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
Add in the sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Cook the stew on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve warm.
