Honey Chipotle Chicken Wings in the Oven

These Honey Chipotle No-Fry Wings are the perfect mix of sweet, smoky, and spicy – all without deep frying! Juicy chicken wings are first boiled for tenderness, then baked until golden and crisp. They're tossed in a bold homemade sauce made with ketchup, honey, brown sugar, and chipotle chiles in adobo, giving every bite a sticky, smoky kick. It's an easy, oven-baked twist on classic wings that packs serious flavour with no messy frying involved.
