3 eggs beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup raisins 1 cup butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup sugar 2 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tsp cinnamon 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 1/2 cups oatmeal 1/2 cup wheat germ
Combine eggs, raisins, and vanilla. Cover and let stand for one hour.
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream butter and sugars.
Add flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda to creamed sugar mixture.
Stir until combined.
Mix in the egg and raisin mixture.
Add oatmeal and wheat germ.
Stir until combined.
Drop by teaspoon on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
