Ingredients

  • 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup Half and Half
  • 3-5 drops Mint Extract
  • 4 drops Green Food Coloring
  • Whipped cream optional

Instructions

  • Combine ice cream, half and half, mint extract, and food coloring in a blender.
  • Use a low speed to mix until evenly combined.
  • Optionally top with whipped cream.

Notes

I highly recommend starting with 3 drops of extract and increasing slowly to your personal taste. Some prefer a more mild mint flavour and a little extract goes a long way!
