Ingredients

  • 1 Apple cut up
  • 1 cup of Kale
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Strawberries I use frozen strawberries for the texture
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk depending on how thick you want it

Instructions

  • Chop all ingredients up and toss into blender.
  • Before you start blending add the Almond Milk.
  • Garnish with strawberries and enjoy!
