Ingredients

Base

  • ¼ cup quick cook oats
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar

Blueberry Vanilla Mix-in

  • 2 Tbsp. Blueberries
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients in a small jar.
  • Put in fridge overnight to allow oats to soak up the milk and soften.
  • Add blueberries and vanilla in the morning.
  • Stir & serve (hot or cold, depending on your preference)

Notes

Feel free to substitute with your favorite milk. Almond, skim, and cashew all work well.
