Weekly Meal Plan – Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks
This week, I'm going to be taking it easy in the kitchen…because my husband flies home tomorrow! Â I'm still doing the meal planning, but he normally does most of the cooking (and the dishes!) when he is home. Â He eats a little heavier than we normally do, so I always try to find recipes that are filling for him without being too much for me in the kids. Â Popcorn is his favorite snack, so we'll do some fun popcorn variations & I HAVE to include blueberries at least once or twice for him. Â They are his favorite fruit, but he says they are too expensive to buy up in Canada so he hasn't had any since he was home last time.

Homemade Blueberry Waffles with bacon & yogurt

Fish & Chips with brown gravy
Potato soup with ham sandwiches

Snack Ideas:
Sliced apples with Greek yogurt
Veggies with homemade garlic hummus
Pumpkin Cranberry Granola Bars
Ants on a log (peanut butter celery with raisins)
Cheese & crackers with orange slices
