This week, I'm trying to clean out my pantry a bit. We have a ton of beans, oats, many different flours, and a ton of canned goods. I'm going to be doing some baking – scones, several types of rolls, muffins, and I might let the boys convince me to make some cookies!
Breakfast burritos – pull from the freezer
Pancakes with sausage & fresh fruit
Copycat Starbucks Vanilla Scones
Taco meat, lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, salsa, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, and taco shells
Homemade Cheeseburger Poppers (pulling these from the freezer)
Chicken wings with coleslaw & potato salad
Homemade chicken nuggets, veggie sticks, and fruit with various dips
Soup & Sandwiches
This week, we are doing Beef & Barley soup (recipe coming soon) with rolls.
