Weekly Meal Plan – Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks
This week, I'm trying to clean out my pantry a bit. Â We have a ton of beans, oats, many different flours, and a ton of canned goods. I'm going to be doing some baking – scones, several types of rolls, muffins, and I might let the boys convince me to make some cookies!
Breakfast Recipes:
Breakfast burritos – pull from the freezer
Pancakes with sausage & fresh fruit
Copycat Starbucks Vanilla Scones
Lunch Recipes:
Tacos
Taco meat, lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, salsa, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, and taco shells
Homemade Cheeseburger Poppers (pulling these from the freezer)
Chicken wings with coleslaw & potato salad
Tuna melts
Dippers
Homemade chicken nuggets, veggie sticks, and fruit with various dips
Soup & Sandwiches
This week, we are doing Beef & Barley soup (recipe coming soon) with rolls.
Snack Ideas:
Ants on a log
Celery with peanut butter and raisins
Cheese & crackers
Apples with yogurt dip
Frozen grapes & cheese cubes
Pretzel sticks & dip
Veggies & hummus
