INGREDIENTS

– Self-rising flour – Brown sugar – Eggs – Vegetable oil – Pumpkin puree – Ground cinnamon – All spice – Chopped walnuts (optional)

1. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar and spices. 2. In a separate bowl combine beaten eggs, vegetable oil and pumpkin puree. 3. Mix well and add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture. 4. Mix well.  Fold in chopped walnuts (if using). 5. Place in a lightly greased baking tin. 6. Bake in a preheated oven until golden and baked through.
