Stuffed  Manicotti

One of our favorite meals is stuffed manicotti because it's great for the whole family.  Perfect for when unexpected company comes over!

You can easily make this a vegetarian dish by omitting the sausage!

Stuffed Manicotti

Manicotti  Italian sausage Frozen spinach Fire-roasted tomatoes

Oregano Garlic Marinara Mozzarella


1. In large skillet mix together sausage, spinach, roasted tomatoes, oregano and minced garlic. 2. Heat through over medium high heat for 5-6 minutes.

3. Remove from heat. Add mozzarella. 4. Stuff each manicotti. Layer into bottom of disposable foil pan. 5. Cover manicotti with pasta sauce.

6. Sprinkle top with remaining mozzarella cheese 7. Cover top of foil lined pan with plastic wrap. Seal with lid or layer of aluminum foil.
