Stuffed  Manicotti

One of our favorite meals is stuffed manicotti because it's great for the whole family.  Keep one or two in the freezer for an easy dinner in a pinch.

Perfect for when unexpected company comes over! You can easily make this a vegetarian dish by omitting the sausage!
