Make Ahead Sausage Egg Muffins

With a crispy hash brown crust, fluffy scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and gooey melted cheese, these breakfast egg muffins are the ultimate breakfast comfort food.

They can be made ahead of time, so you can have a nutritious quick breakfast ready to go in a matter of minutes.

– Shredded hash browns  – Butter – Salt – Pepper – Eggs – Cheddar cheese – Sausage


In a large mixing bowl, mix together the shredded hash browns, melted butter, salt, and pepper.


Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 of the way full with the hash brown mixture, pressing it up the sides to form a crust. Bake until starting to golden.


Add the cheese, sausage, and egg into the muffin tin. Top with a little more cheese.


Place the muffin tin back into the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are fully set.
