– Steel cut oats – Nut milk – Water – Blood orange – Nutmeg
1. Add the oats, nut milk, and water to a small pot on medium low. Stir occasionally, until liquid absorbed. 2. When the oats have plumped and are done add just a dash of nutmeg and plate.
3. While the oatmeal cools for a minute, cut into the blood orange with a sharp knife, removing the peel and fleshy membrane. 4. Slice, quarter or divide the orange and add it to the oatmeal or you may mix it right into the dish.
