Having four boys means I have to keep an eye on my health at all times. With the Ozeri Blood Pressure Cuff, it get a little easier to monitor. My Mother-in-Law tested the accuracy by checking manually and with this digital wrist cuff, back to back. Both were very similar and the difference was within 5 for all three measurements (it gives your pulse rate too).
The cuff display came with a screen protector, that I left on, which I am beginning to see is a good thing. As you can see in the pic, its already scratched up a little. It would probably help if I used the cute blue case they sent with it ALL the time, but I have mommy brain and I forget sometimes…okay, a lot of the time. It also came with batteries. I get so frustrated when I buy something online & then have to run and grab batteries, so this was a MAJOR plus in my book.
The wrist cuff is very comfortable & feels tight without causing my fingers to turn funny colors. It is lightweight and was very easy to use. You simply need to slide it on with your palm facing up, so that the face is sitting on the inside of your wrist. You should make sure your wrist is level with your heart and that you keep your fingers relaxed. Then hit the start/stop button and it will begin. Once it is done, it will display your blood pressure and pulse.
It took me a few times of using this before I realized that I could also scroll through my previous results for comparison. Reading the instruction booklet might have helped me discover this fact, but I'm worse than a guy when it comes to reading instructions (Please don't let my husband see that I admitted that). This would work great for someone that is trying to figure out how their daily routine affects their blood pressure.

The only negative thing that I have to say about Ozeri is that the music starts playing as soon as you open their website, so make sure to hit the mute button…unless you like automatic music. You can also head straight to their Facebook page for the latest products.
