We love smoothies, and this Coconut Mango Tropical Smoothie Recipe is a favorite.  Instead of using high-calorie milk and yogurt, this is all about the fresh fruit flavors and tropical coconut juice.  Your whole family will love this easy recipe!  Plus, it is a great way to use up ripe mangoes and peaches you have on hand!

We tend to avoid dairy more often than not, and that means almond milk smoothies are a hit with our kids.  However, sometimes, I want something that isn't as rich, but still full of flavor.  Whether you use this tropical smoothie recipe for a sweet and easy dessert or a great breakfast, you'll love the flavor.  It isn't rich in flavor, but not heavy on your stomach like some.

Coconut Mango Tropical Smoothie Recipe

This recipe says to use fresh fruit, but you can easily substitute frozen if not available in your area.  I tend to grab peaches and mangoes on sale and prep them into smoothie bags in advance.  This can save both time and money.  For this recipe especially, it can give it a nice frothy and cold texture.

Ingredients for Coconut Mango Tropical Smoothie Recipe

  • 1/3 cup fresh mango

  • 1/3 cup fresh peach

  • 1/2 cup coconut juice

  • 1-ounce fresh lemon juice

  • 2 – 3 fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 3 ice cubes

Directions for Coconut Mango Tropical Smoothie Recipe

  1. In a blender add fresh mango, peaches, coconut milk, lemon juice, mint leaves and three ice cubes.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Serve.
