– 1 pint fresh blueberries (washed and dried) – 1 banana – 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (washed and dried) – 1 cup vanilla yogurt – 1/4 cup coconut milk vanilla creamer – Sweetener of your choice (if desired)
Combine coconut milk, banana, blueberries, and spinach and blend until smooth. Add the yogurt and blend until smooth and frothy.
Taste and add sweetener, if desired. Serve immediately or store, covered in the refrigerator for up to twenty-four hours. Shake well before serving.
