I'm a big believer that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to nutrition, but I find myself often answering “what's causing x health issue” with “Have you tried going grain-free?” quite often. I went on the AutoImmune Protocol last year as support for my mother (who has Lupus) and felt AMAZING! I had more energy than I had had since my second son was born, dropped 23 lbs in 21 days (after years of following a “healthy diet” and being told it was all hormonal & I needed meds to figure it out), and my psoriasis went away! I've fallen off the Paleo wagon a few times, but always regret it. The extreme fatigue kicks in first, followed by a mind fog that no amount of coffee can combat, and getting back on track is SO hard when you can barely function, let alone cook everything from scratch. Luckily, I have a great family & was able to do a batch Paleo cooking session to get me back on track.
