banana frozen or fresh
ripe

almond milk
unsweetened and original
Instructions
Blend together on high for 2-3 minutes or until frothy and smooth
Notes
Optional Add-in Ideas: dash of vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon raw honey, 1 tablespoon hemp hearts, or 1/8 teaspoon dried food grade lavender
Also works great with cashew milk!
