Blueberry Almond Milk Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon almond slivers
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon raw coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Wash the berries and toss into the blender.
  • Pour the almond milk over the berries and let them rest together for a couple minutes.
  • Blend on medium for about 30 seconds or until the berries are smooth and the milk is frothy.
  • Enjoy right away to avoid separation or shake thoroughly later when ready to drink.
