Strawberry Almond Milk Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey chia seeds or cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Rinse berries and allow to soften slightly
  • Add milk and berries to blender and pulse in 30-second increments until desired consistency
  • Optionally add honey, chia seeds, nutritional yeast flakes or cocoa powder
