Spa Water Recipe: Summer Citrus Energy Infusion

Summer Citrus Energy Infusion Spa Water

I absolutely love spa water, because its so easy to make and there are so many variations.  I've tried quite a few but this strawberry, orange, mint water is definitely one of my favorites.

This Summer Citrus Energy Infusion was designed to increase your energy level naturally so you don't have to deal with a crash later or a reaction to any artificial ingredients. The best part – it's so easy!  Just slice an orange & put half in the bottom of a pitcher.  Make sure to clean it since you will be putting the whole thing in.  Slice or chunk about 2 cups of strawberries and add about 10 mint leaves.  Add a little (or a lot) of ice and then your water. It's best to let it infuse overnight or at least a few hours, but I've gotten impatient a few times.
