This week’s Meal Plan Monday is all about quick & easy. I’m pulling a few things from the freezer (recipes linked in case you missed it last week) and everything else is really fast to throw together.

Grilled Cheese in the oven & Tomato Soup
Hidden veggie mac & cheese with hot dogs
Chicken & Bacon wraps (the pin is a sandwich)
Fish & Chips with homemade fish sticks and fries
Veggie sticks with hummus
Tomato slices with cottage cheese, salt, & pepper
Fruit & yogurt parfaits
