A friend was talking about how she was stuck in a cooking rut. When I asked what her meal plan looked like, she replied “what meal plan?!?” We worked together to put together a quick meal plan, using what she already had on hand & the sales fliers.
How I did it:
She said she had some boneless, skinless chicken breasts and some pork chops in the freezer, and the store had tilapia and zucchini on sale, and a meal deal where you could buy pizza crust and get pizza sauce and pepperoni, free. She’s got a little boy, so I threw homemade pizza on the menu, since it’ll be fun for them to do together!
