I'm a cappuccino and chai latte girl, after that first cup of black coffee in the morning. My kids sometimes ask if they can have a cappuccino, but I really don't want to pair a ton of sugar with caffeine (mainly for my own sanity). They do have coffee on occasion but it's usually watered down quite a bit and with milk. Instead of cappuccino, I can give them a nice warm cup of this cookies and cream hot cocoa recipe.  They feel like they got a grown-up treat. This recipe has some extra sugar, obviously, but aren't treats worth that on occasion?
