ClickN Kids Review

We recently had the opportunity to try out the ClickN Kids programs!  When reading through everything in the setup, I saw something that made me love this program.

Using The Account For Another Child:
If your child is no longer going to be using the program, the student may be deleted by using the delete button on the Student Set Up page and another child in your family may be added to the program. All lesson results records for the student will be deleted when the student is deleted.

Transfer Your Account For Free:
When all of your children are done with the program you may give your account login ID to another family member, friend or anyone who may then use it with their children. Be sure to update the Account Settings page with their information before you give them the account.

I've never seen another online program that you can transfer from one child to the next, let alone from one family to another!  This will be great.  After each of my boys finish the program, the next one in line can use it.  When we are all done, I can give it to one of my friends or family members. Talk about a very cost-effective learning tool!

Over the next few weeks, I'll be blogging about our experiences with ClickN Read Phonics for Connor and their Looney Tune Phonics for Cameron. Both boys have got to do their first 2 lessons so far and the twins enjoy watching it. We love to hook the laptop up to the TV via an HDMI cable for a few reason: I can easily watch without standing over their shoulder, both boys learn from the other, and the twins enjoy watching. Of course, I get a kick out of it whenever the twins holler the correct answer right away. Its amazing how much they pick up on just for watching and interacting with the rest of the family!

First of all I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out. I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints? Cheers!

    • I’m probably not the best person to ask. I normally have many tabs open and my brain is kind of all over 🙂
