Applesauce Sundaes

 Applesauce Sundaes

We love healthy foods, but sometimes you just HAVE to have ice cream.   On those occasions, instead of covering it with chocolate, caramel, whipped cream, and other fattening things, we make Applesauce Sundaes!  Not only do we appease the sweet cravings, we each get a serving of fruit!

Applesauce Sundaes

This sundae topping provides a sweet and flavorful alternative to store bought toppings and is sure to be a crowd pleaser this fall. Serve these sundaes for your guests or whip them up as a treat for your family after a day at the local apple orchard.

  1. Oh my goodness, what a great idea to make an applesauce sundae! I love applesauce, it’s one of my favorite snacks and I always have some at home, but what a great idea to add all those warm flavors and pair it with ice-cream! Sounds like a delicious fall dessert! 🙂
