I’m a big believer that one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to nutrition, but I find myself often answering “what’s causing x health issue” with “Have you tried going grain-free?” quite often. As much as 40% of people from European descent has some form of gluten intolerance. Gas, bloating, fatigue, and migraines are all signs of gluten intolerance. A grain free diet can help stop these common discomforts.
